The YMCA of the Northwoods is inviting the public to come in from the cold and enjoy some heart-pumping fun from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 20. "Shake it off in 2020 is the perfect way to start your new year out on the right foot! We have a team of five cardio-dance instructors ready to 'get down' with you to some of the hottest jams," Y officials said in a press release. Prizes will be given away during the event.
