RHS students enter annual Congressional Art Competition
The watercolors are both portraits, created in a realistic style.
The winning student from the 7th Congressional District will be invited to attend a presentation and reception in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC, with other winners from across the country, in the summer of 2019.
