Warm for Winter returns Sept. 29
Volunteers have been busy organizing clothing, bedding and footwear of all types, getting set for the first Warm for Winter giveaway of the season from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 29, at Friendly Village, 900 Boyce Dr. in Rhinelander.

"There is no charge for anything, no income limits and no questions asked," organizers said in a press release. "People should bring their own bags to fill and take what they need. Future giveaways will be held on the last Saturday of each month through February."
