'Drawn to the Word' event coming to Eagle River Sept. 8
Oman is nationally and internationally known for his work in watercolors and art programs where he paints a larger-than-life size mural that unfolds artistically, musically and narratively during the event, according to a church press release.
The mural will be painted with acrylics on a stretched canvas during the evening.
Music students from Northland Pines High School and other local Northwoods musicians and singers will be participating as well.
The event is free and all are welcome to attend. A free-will offering will be taken to support the Northwoods Singers Youth Scholarships, The Warehouse Art Center Scholarships, and Land O' Lakes Arts.
