A lone angler ventured out into the cold fall colors of Deer Lake in Three Lakes Saturday. The recent rain and chilly weather since then have pushed the foliage colors to peak, and while the forecast for the next couple of days will be for at least partly sunny skies, temperatures in the low to mid 40s may keep anglers off area lakes.
