The March Minocqua Aglow Program will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 10 a.m.

The group's guest speaker this month will be Carol Gabrielsen, Pastor and founder of Victory Christian Center in Phillips. The program will be held at the Woodruff Community Center, 1418 1st Avenue S (Hwy 47.)

There is a $3 door charge, and as always, partons are invited to come early for coffee and fellowship at 9:30 a.m. No registration is required to attend the program, and all are welcome to attend and to bring guests.

"Do you feel stuck in your walk with the Lord? Are you willing to leave your past and step into the wonderful plan and purpose God has for your life? Pastor Carol will help you discover why you struggle so much with forgetting the past and embracing the new, and how you can be one of the few who will be brave enough to fulfill your divine destiny," the group stated in a press release announcing the event. "Pastor Carol Gabrielsen has been called by God as a Pastor/Teacher/Prophet, and has an intense interest in seeing the Body of Christ live triumphant lives here and now. She felt a calling to the ministry as a child, and has been a student of the Bible since 1979, each year reading through God's Word using different versions and commentaries."

In 1992, after an intense 10-year study of God's Word on healing, Carol was supernaturally healed, the release states. God uses her to bring healing and restoration to the spirit, soul and body.

In 2001, she became the founding pastor of Victory Christian Center in Phillips. Her teaching is Word-centered, clearly conveying the principles of God's Word which bring maturity, stability and victory to the believer. Her God-given mandate includes awakening God's people to live a life that matters by helping them understand His plan and purpose for their life so they can activate their gifts and calling.

Carol and her husband, Jim, are blessed with two married children and three grandchildren.
