The 2018 Concerts on the Riverwalk series kicked off Wednesday, June 20, 2018 as the Rhinelander Area Community Band took to the bandshell. The 60-piece band performed a variety of songs such as "Azure Mist" by Lloyd Conley, "A Swingin' Safari" by Bert Kaempfert, and "The Phantom Regiment" by Leroy Anderson, to name a few. Future concerts will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesdays throughout the summer. The second concert breaks form, however. It will be held June 26, as the Air National Guard Band of the Midwest will be making a special stop.
