The Hodags went 1-1 in pool play, defeating Waupaca 4-2 before falling to Beloit 7-2. That put Rhinelander in the third-place game, which it won 9-5 over Somerset.
A total of 14 teams competed in the three-day tournament in separate divisions. The RIA peewees are hosting a tournament this weekend that runs through Sunday.
