YMCA hosting Tree of Warmth
The tree is located in the YMCA lobby.
It starts off bare, but soon is filled and decorated with mittens, gloves, scarves, hats, earmuffs, boots, jackets, and snow pants, YMCA officials said in a press release. "We ask that all items be new or in gently used condition. Handmade knit or crochet mittens, gloves, scarves and hats are also welcome."
All items can be dropped off at the YMCA of the Northwoods at 2003 E. Winnebago Street, Rhinelander. Once the tree is filled, items will be donated to local community schools and Warm for Winter in Rhinelander.
