This program offers the essentials of personal and household supplies to families and individuals in need.
This service is free for those eligible and in need. To qualify to receive goods you must have a valid Food Share card (SNAP) an ID card from any food pantry or have a WIC card.
On an average, the PEP serves 340 families per month, said Dixie Mathews, representative of the PEP program.
The Personal Essential pantry is open the second Monday of each month from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and on the last Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon, and is located in the First United Methodist Church, 724 Arbutus St. Rhinelander.
