The foundation took in $1,590 in net sales from its half-court shot and 50-50 contests in addition to a donation of $1,000 from Associated Bank.
Pictured are Jo Waltenberg of Associated Bank and John O'Melia of RASF. In addition to Associated Bank, the RASF stated it wishes to thank all basketball fans who purchased contest tickets during the course of the 2017-18 season.
The half-court shot produced three winners - Alexx Huff of Rhinelander, Ryan Alexander of Medford and Travis Towne of Rhinelander - who hit a 47-foot shot after being randomly selected to participate in the contest.
Proceeds from the all of the contests benefited the RASF, a non-profit charitable organization that raises money for scholarships for Rhinelander students. Since 1991, the RASF has award scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,500 to 328 RHS students, totaling more than $307,000.
