JV runners finish season at GNC meet
The Hodags finished fourth out of four qualifying teams in the boys' race, and fifth out of five teams in the girls' division.
Konnor Kennedy led the Hodags boys with an 18th-place finish in the five-kilometer race, clocking in with a time of 20 minutes, 27.3 seconds.
Tristan Fuss was 22nd (20:52.0), Daniel Goldsworthy finished 26th (21:19.7), Levi Smith was 27th (21:29.4), John Krueger was 33rd (22:05.0) and Robert Masini finished 42nd (27:10.0).
In the girls' division freshman Houston Mathwig finished just outside the top 10, placing 11th with a time of 24:20.6. Abby Krueger was 17th (25:05.3), Mattia Beske finished 25th, 28:15.6), Emilee Pontell was 26th (28:20.7), Elizabeth Weddle finished 27th (28:51.8), Lexi Morrison was 29th (29:06.2) and Susanna Lyon finished 30th (30:47.3).
