The quartet of Maria Heck, Noelle St. Pierre, Abi Winnicki and Sierra Woodford won the 200-yard medley relay with the time of 2 minutes, 15.16 seconds. The same foursome finished second in the 400 freestyle relay (4:17.33).
Winnicki carded the Hodags' only other win on the evening, taking the 200 freestyle (2:12.53) in a 1-2 finish with Heck (2:18.30). Winnicki added a runner-up finish in the 50 butterfly (31.12).
St. Pierre added a third-place finish for Rhinelander in the 100 freestyle (1:02.43) and was fourth in the 100 individual medley (1:13.73). Woodford and Hannah Rumney finished fourth, and fifth, respectively, in the 50 butterfly.
"Great meet tonight for JWMS swimmers," coach Marna Winnicki noted via text to the River News. "Many time drops."
The Hodags recorded three other top-five finishes in relays. The quartet of Payton Seidl, Hailey Zubricky, Sadie Houghton and Phoebe Moran was fourth in the 200 freestyle relay, followed by teammates Gabby Maas, Madyson Kramsvogel, Emily Tinsman and Whitley Divine in fifth. Ella Cordy, Rumney, Claire Caselton and Abigale Johnson finished fifth in the 200 medley relay.
