RHS students attend HOSA future health professionals conference

On Tuesday, Nov. 7, 14 Rhinelander High School students attended the HOSA future health professionals Fall Leadership Conference, held on the campus of UW-Stevens Point.

"Extraordinary over Ordinary" was the theme of this year's conference.

Breakout sessions included: The Physician Assistant Profession, Paramedic, Working in Neonatal ICU and a few other health-related occupations. HOSA stands for Health Occupations Students of America and was founded in 1976. Chapters can be found in all 50 states and internationally.

This year's RHS chapter has 45 members.
