People huddled in the sun on Brown Street to combat the cold during the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Saturday, March 11 in downtown Rhinelander. Despite a parade-time temperature around 20 degrees, several gathered for the annual parade, which kicks off a week of St. Patrick's Day related events for participating downtown businesses.
