NORA privy complete
Workers from Blackwell Job Corps finished installing the privy toilet at the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Area (NORA) earlier this week. The building, which had a budgeted cost of $9,000, will replace a couple of portable toilets currently in the parking area. Work also continues on Rookery Run, a disc golf course to built at NORA.
