Middle school skiers take on CAVOC
Each Hodag squad finished fourth it the middle school pursuit.
Jacques Tulowitzky paced the Rhinelander boys, finishing seventh in the two-day race with a combined time of 14 minutes, 3.9 seconds on a shortened version of the high school course. Zach Goodrich was 15th (15:42.5) for the Hodags, followed by Kyle Morien (18th, 15:58.6), Jett Biolo (21st, 16:04.4) and Daniel Goldsworthy (35th, 19:06.6).
Anna Wood led the Rhinelander girls, finishing 10th overall (17:01.0). Gracie Kern was 13th (17:30.0) and the rest of the Hodags' top five were Liana Teter (21st, 18:21.0), Emma Germain (24th, 19:10.2) and Megan Lester (25th, 19:47.5).
Several of the middle school skiers will be in Rib Mountain this Saturday for the Snekkevik Classic race.
