The cost is $22 per participant and the event is open to youth and adults.
"Parents as well as youth are encouraged to participate, and the $22 covers both the lift ticket as well as the ski rental," organizers said in a press release. "Instruction is provided by experienced 4-H adult and youth leaders."
Youth must be enrolled in the 4-H program. There is no cost for enrollment and can be done through 4honline.com. Pre-registration for this event is necessary by the end of day Jan. 10.
