Misty Morning
With sub-zero temperatures blanketing the area over the past few days, Mother Nature has been painting the trees along the Wisconsin River in Rhinelander with frost from the mist rising from the water. Temperatures are predicted to rise above zero starting today with a chance of a couple inches of snow, but a return to double-digit temperatures doesn't appear anywhere in the extended forecast.
