'Taking Care of You' workshop series coming in 2018
The "Taking Care of You" program will be offered in a series of four sessions, starting in January, with trained facilitator Lynn Feldman with UW-Extension, organizers said in a press release.
The dates and time will be Jan. 4, 11, 25 and Feb. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m., in the lower level of the Rhinelander- Oneida County Airport.
The cost for the entire series is $10. Throughout the series, participants will consider ways to: become more aware of the mind-body connection and how to use this awareness for better health; develop habits that can lead to a healthier person: body, mind, spirit; respond versus react to the stress in life; discover opportunities in life's challenges; find ways to bring more joy into life; simplify life; and live more in the moment, the release states.
Because the sessions build on each other, it is important that participants plan to participate in all four of them, organizers say.

The registration deadline is Dec. 31.
