Ives, a member of the Hodag BMX Club, won the gold medal in the 11 Expert class and took silver in the 13 Cruiser division.
Ives qualified for the biannual by medaling at the Badger State Games - which have been held at the Hodag BMX Track in Rhinelander each of the last two years - the first two years Olympic BMX has been included in the Badger State Games' program.
