Amanda Engstrom reacts as her 6-year-old son Teagan Terzinski rings the bell at the James Beck Cancer Center Thursday. The ringing of the bell signifies a cancer patient has completed their chemotherapy treatment. Teagan insisted on taking a loud turn of his own after his mother rang the bell. Engstrom is the owner of Tiny Tots Daycare in Rhinelander and has been undergoing chemo for breast cancer for the last five months. She is due to undergo a double mastectomy on Aug. 31 to see if the cancer has spread or if the treatment was successful. She said the day care will be closed immediately before and for 12 weeks after her surgery while she recovers. She added that she is thankful for the understanding and support her family, friends, clients and significant other Ryan Bouffiou have provided.
