Local attorney named 2016 Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer
Young has tried cases throughout Wisconsin, is a shareholder at the firm of Habush Habush and Rottier, and practices in the Wausau, Rhinelander, and Stevens Point offices, according to a press release announcing the honor. His practice includes personal injury claims, automobile accidents, product liability claims, nursing home abuse and neglect claims, vaccine injury claims, and wrongful death claims.
Young graduated from Rhinelander Catholic Central - St. Mary's (now known as Nativity of our Lord Catholic School), and went on to graduate from Rhinelander High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and obtained his law degree at Marquette University. He is the immediate Past-President of the Oneida-Vilas-Forest County Bar Association. He is licensed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the tribal courts of the Forest County Potawatomi and the Sokaogon Chippewa.
Young will be honored Friday, Dec. 2 at the Wisconsin Association for Justice's annual meeting.
