"It was fun getting to watch all of our new swimmers compete, most of them for the first time and finishing with big smiles on their faces," RSC coach Megan Cihla said.
Seventeen swimmers new to RSC competed at this meet. Those swimmers were: Claire Ably, Drayke Arrowood, Victoria Berghammer, Shawn Denis, Dean Gillingham, Karly Gillingham, Mia Gillingham, Grant Gremban, Augusta Gruett, Camilla Gruett, Abigale Ferge, Zachary Laxton, Barak Rappley, Trevyn Rappley, Zoey Walker, Kelsey Yunkers and Ryan Zima.
"The returning swimmers amazed me throughout the meet, every returning swimmer had at least one personal best and most of them had personal bests in everything they swam," Cihla added. "I also got the chance to get a better idea of strengths, weaknesses and areas that we need to improve upon to make this a successful season for all of our swimmers"
