Their first official day in the new location was March 21.
"We just outgrew our office on Anderson Street," said Samantha Hunter. Hunter is running the business with her mother, Wanita Cook. "Our company is growing and we have a lot more staff, so we actually had to split our staff meetings into two different meetings (when we were in the old facility) just to accommodate everybody."
Senior Hearts started with three staff and grew over the years to a total of 18. Hunter said they intend to keep expanding with the hopes of adding 10 more individuals.
"I'm just hoping that with the extra space we can hire more, take on more clients," she said.
The staff likes the extra room, the better parking and being able to all be together for staff meetings, Hunter said.
"I love it," she said, adding that the new location is more visible.
She is hoping for more walk-ins, since the location is easier to access.
Senior Hearts Home Care will still offer the same services, which allow seniors needing assistance the joy of living in their own home.
