New members join Nicolet College Foundation board of directors
The new members are Gretchen Hoover of Sugar Camp, Chris Rog of Rhinelander and Kathy Rankin of Tomahawk. Hoover is a retired attorney, Rog is recently retired as the former owner of Sand Creek Consultants, and Rankin is president of Tomahawk Community Bank. Each will serve a three-year term.
The 14-member board leads the foundation in its support of the college and students. In recent years, the foundation has awarded about 300 scholarships a year to Nicolet students totaling between $250,000 and nearly $300,000 annually, the school said in a press release.
