From May through August, when the National Football League isn't distracting people, Sunset Junction holds Bingo games on Sundays to raise money for various organizations.
"We have wonderful customers who are very giving," said Caroll Levanetz, owner of Sunset Junction.
The proceeds from June's games, $100, went to the Oneida County Humane Society, which will use the proceeds for food, cleaning supplies and other items.
"We are happy to give the animal shelter our June donation," Levanetz said Friday as she turned over the donation to representatives from OCHS.
Last year, Sunset Junction donated over $2,000 to various organizations.
The previous month's winner was Kids In Need. July's donation will go to It Matters to One Animal Rescue.
Bingo is held Sundays starting around 2 p.m. and wrapping up around 4:30 p.m.
