RBA seventh-grade team wins Wittenberg-Birnamwood tournament
The Rhinelander Basketball Association's seventh-grade boys' basketball team took first place in an eight-team tournament Jan. 2 at Wittenberg-Birnamwood.

The Hodags won their four-team pool with victories over Iola-Scandinavia Black (42-29), Wausau West Gold (34-32) and Wausau East Red (49-19). Rhinelander knocked off Wausau East White in the championship game 39-26.
