"Annie has prior work experience in both the private and insurance sectors of business," said Michael Hauser, president of Northland CPAs. "Relocation from lower Michigan to the Northwoods was driven by her personal recreation interests and a desire to be closer to family. We feel lucky to have Annie as part of our client service team. "While pursuing her education Dronchi had plans to become an entrepreneur," the release states. "During and after college she worked in customer service while researching business opportunities. She later joined a team as a staff accountant helping a mid-size Michigan insurance company grow. She found joy in helping people through accounting work and the research and problem solving needed to bring everything into balance. Moving to Wisconsin brought her closer to family and, being new to the Northwoods, she is excited to explore all it has to offer."

Dronchi is a graduate of Grand Valley State University located in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management. She continued her education at Central Michigan University and completed her Master of Business Administration Degree. Dronchi is an active member of her church and enjoys live music, theater, travel, and new experiences.
