Nativity Catholic School's third-grade physical education class - with skis donated by Nordic ROCKS cradled in their arms - walked to the Curran Building Thursday morning where a freshly groomed cross-country ski track was waiting. This is the first time the school has been able to offer skiing to the students. Some glided along easily while others needed a little more time to fine-tune their technique. Terri Germain, physical education teacher at Nativity, and Charil Reis, Rhinelander High School Nordic Ski coach, taught the students.
