Local Wausau Homes builder earns Voice of the Customer Award
J.D. Power and Associates average rating for new home builders is 83 percent, according to the release.
"The award was based upon past home buyers being surveyed on builder satisfaction, builder quality and likeliness of referring their builder to family and friends," the release states. "Nathan was presented with the award at the annual Wausau Homes Marketing conference in Madison."
"My first priority is to make sure the home buyers are enjoying the process of building their dream home, so this award is very reassuring that I'm meeting the goal of satisfied home buyers," Shrock commented.
Wausau Homes, based in Wausau, has been building quality custom homes in partnership with local builders throughout the Midwest for over 50 years, the release notes.
