WXPR to host annual Blues Cruise fundraiser
This year's blues artist will be critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, guitarist, and harp player Paul Filipowicz.
"Filipowicz is a Chicago native who has lived in Wisconsin for the past 50 years," the release states. "He has produced nine albums, topping the charts in both Living Blues Magazine and Real Blues Magazine, and was recently inducted into the Chicago Blues Hall of Fame."
The two-hour cruise aboard Wisconsin River Cruises will feature Filipowicz live and includes a picnic lunch and cash bar. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through WXPR Public Radio 715-362-6000.
