Dan Kirk, the Juggler with the Yellow Shoes - a comedic juggler - paid a visit to Pelican and Central Intermediate schools Tuesday. He shared some facts about literacy, read a short book while juggling, and performed various tricks. A group of Pelican students tried to balance peacock feathers on their hand, finger and nose - with varying degrees of success. Kirk will be juggling fire, balancing plates, riding a unicycle and more during his performance Enhancing Lives BIG BIG Magical Juggling Show for the public at 6:30 p.m. April 14 in the Rhinelander High School auditorium. Tickets are $6 in advance at Central Intermediate School or $7 at the door. Children under 5 are free. Family tickets are also available and can be purchased for $24 in advance or $28 at the door. A large portion of the proceeds will be donated to Central Intermediate School.
