2016 Teen Character Awards presented at Holiday Acres
"The evening was filled with inspiration and promise as we honored 24 exceptional young adults from Oneida, Vilas, Forest, Lincoln, and Langlade counties," YMCA of the Northwoods officials said in a press release. "The recipients of this award are living examples of strong moral character, leadership and service dedicated to strengthening their families, schools and communities. We are proud of the 2016 honorees and look forward to see them shine as they move forward with their journeys."
The event was made possible by Forest County Potawatomi, Rhinelander Rotary Club, and WJFW News Watch 12. Table Sponsors included Rhinelander Kiwanis Club, Rhinelander Woman's Club, Rhinelander Lions Club, NRG Media, Fourth Floral, and Trig's of Rhinelander. The keynote speaker was attorney Cana Laska, of Grace Legal LLC.
