Local resident Sue Edwards joined the elite list of ace golfers on Sunday, Sept. 6, whan she sank her first hole in one at the Golden Sands Golf course in Cecil.

Sue used a 5 wood on the 116-yard par 3 14th hole. The ace was witnessed by Judy Paddock and Kathy Duchac. They were with a group of golfers from Rhinelander who travel every Labor Day for a golf outing.
