Hodag BMX Club hands out awards
Raven Sturtevant and Ashton Swaney won the girls' and boys' track championships, respectively.
Jadelyn Graper and Alexandr Aguirre won the track's rookie of the year awards, while Addison Swaney and Gabriel Kennedy took home most-improved honors.
The club handed out age-group awards to the following individuals:
5 & under girls - Addison Swaney;
6 girls - Jadelyn Graper, Brecklynn Congleton;
8 girls - Emma Deede;
10 girls - Emerson Swaney;
13 girls - Raven Sturtevant;
6 boys - Gabriel Kennedy;
8 boys - Ashton Swaney, David Houg, Armando Aguirre;
9 boys - Owen Ives, Brady Congleton, Alexandr Aguirre, Zakk Sorley;
10 boys - Jayden Fourt-Breivogel, Garrett Graper, Marshall Shaltis;
11 boys - Trevin Walkowski, Brock Snyder and
14 boys - Brock Walkowski.
Shaltis, Fourt-Breivogel and Graper won the club's sportsmanship awards; Brock Walkowski, Trevin Walkowski and Brady Congleton received dedication awards; Ives, Sorley and Graper earned Iron Man awards and Shaltis received the Rubberband Man award.
