Ron Waddell wins award at Wisconsin Senior Olympics
According to a YMCA press release, Waddell got involved in the event when he received a letter from AARP a month prior to the event. He looked at the prior year's winners and determined that he could be competitive if he attended. Waddell trained for a month for the competition. He plans to compete again next year and will begin training in May.
