Keith Van Doren, co-owner of the facility, expressed the importance of pleasing his customers.
"When there is a collision issue, it's not always a good experience for the customer," he said. "We lessen the impact to the customer by providing them with assistance through the estimation process and taking care of most of the contact issues with the insurance companies."
The family-owned business prides itself on customer service by offering customers the best job and guaranteed work, Van Doren said. "We have a state-of-the-art facility," Van Doren said. "We are using water-based paint for environment purposes."
Rhinelander Collision Center uses water-based paint with a computerized mixing facility allowing workers to match any color, including custom paint.
"We continue to educate our employees, and we also offer detailing on vehicles and boats," Van Doren said.
The facility has factory-trained personnel and is a diversified shop, equipped to work on vehicles, boats and campers. It offers complete detailing inside and out, full car and boat detailing, and gel-coat and fiber glass repairs for boats and spray-in bed liners. The business works with several local marine companies, offering repairs for their customers.
"One of the largest struggles a customer may face is time without their vehicle, which is another service Rhinelander Collision Center offers," explained Van Doren. "We offer our customers a vehicle to use while theirs is getting repaired. We work diligently with the insurance companies and that makes our customers' stress level very minimal."
Through communication with the insurance companies and by providing a loaner vehicle, Rhinelander Collision Center helps customers continue on their day without worry.
Rhinelander Collision Center continues to educate their employees to become an I-CAR certified, an educational and training program for the collision repair industry. The business offers a variety of services from campers to boats to vehicle repairs.
Van Doren works with his wife, Debbi, son, Matthew, two employees and a consultant who has 37 years of experience.
