Top picture: Dressed in costumes ranging from cute critters to scary Chucky dolls, children braved a chilly, wet Friday evening with a bag in one hand and parents in tow at the YMCA's Not So Scary Halloween Trail.

Bottom picture: Children dressed in a similar fashion visited downtown businesses Saturday, collecting treats and trinkets.
