"Swag bags" were handed out for the dogs, many of whom were dressed in Halloween costumes.
A pitbull was dressed up as Michael Phelps and a bulldog was dressed as Mike Tyson. Others dogs were dressed as superheroes.
The best dog costume award went to "The Village Pupple," - Gidget, Piper, Tiani and Kota - shown by Kristin Antosh.
The couples contest winners were the bull rider and rodeo clown - Casey Hatch and her dog Calamity Jane.
The winners received a bag of dog treats, toys and a gift certificate to the Farmers Feed Store.
Other activities included a scavenger hunt and a bobbing contest for hot dogs. The winners received a gift bag.
Everyone who participated in Bark in the Dark received a Bark for Life keychain.
The Bark events, Bark for Life and Bark in the Dark, have raised over $11,000 for cancer research this year, according to Diane Geis-Hapka, community manager for the American Cancer Society.
"We had such a wonderful time this year, we will definitely do it again next year," she said. "We were grateful for everyone's generosity in support of the fight against cancer."
