In the 1920s, Moen's Park Resort first drew mostly fishermen to the area, but eventually grew to include family activities, including a raft with diving ramp and the Sellner Water Toboggan slide.
The pavilion was also the scene of weekly dances featuring bands from around the country. Known today as Pine Valley Lodge, the resort is still a fun place for families to get together.
