Summer School is fun and educational
Children in 3K through second grade attend Crescent Elementary while students in third-to fifth-grade attend Pelican Elementary.
Both levels offer a variety of classes for students to choose from that offer enrichment and remediation as well as a whole lot of fun, the district said in a press release. Students at Crescent were able to rotate through eight different classes including dinosaurs, science, art, PBIS playground games, spy kids, reader's theater, around the world and apptastic. Students at Pelican Elementary choose eight classes from a list of 16 different options.
