Rhinelander
Rhinelander's Fourth of July parade theme is "America Home Sweet Home."
The Rhinelander Lions Kiddie Parade starts at 10 a.m., followed by the regular parade at 11 a.m.
Over 100 units are expected, including seven bands. The featured bands are the Rhinelander High School Band, Pipes and Drums of Thunder Bay, Seymour High School Band, Wautoma High School Band, Edgar High School Band, Rhinelander Community Band, Zor Funsters, and Janesville Fife & Drum.
The Parade Committee is looking for antique, new, or sharp cars and trucks to lead sponsored units. For more information on the main parade, call Dale Schlieve at (715) 369-1814.

The Rhinelander Fourth of July parade is organized by Leathernecks of the North and Downtown Rhinelander, Inc. Leathernecks of the North is a non-profit veterans organization that was created as part of the Marine Corps League established by an act of Congress. They provide support to Marines, wounded Marines, Marines' families and other members of the military.
Three Lakes
The fun begins at 7 a.m. at Three Lakes High School with the Lions Club's All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast, which will last until 11 a.m.
The Kids Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m., with registration at the Three Lakes Winery at 8 a.m.
The Fourth of July Parade, "Hats off to America," starts at 9 a.m. along Superior Street.
A book sale will follow the parade until 1 p.m. at the library.
A craft and flea market with food, beverages and music will also follow the parade until 3 p.m. at Don Burnside Park.
At 6:30 p.m. the Aqua Devils will perform a special ski show on Bug Stone Lake.
At dusk, fireworks will begin at Don Burnside Park.
Eagle River
Eagle River's celebration will start with a Barbecue and Corn Roast from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at BBT's, 207 E. Wall Street.
The Fourth of July parade, "Up North, Down to Earth," and fireworks celebration begin at 11 a.m. in downtown Eagle River.
Tomahawk
The annual Pow Wow Days 5K/10K run will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park. The fun run follows at 9 a.m. At 10 a.m. the Tomahawk Lions food and beverage stands will open, along with the Leo's popcorn stand.
At 10:30 games will begin at Veterans Memorial Park.
At 11 a.m. the Lion's chicken barbecue stand will open downtown with beverages, popcorn, and food.
The Pow Wow Days parade starts at 1 p.m., and afterward the Tomahawk Fire Department will do a water demonstration.
At 2:15 p.m. SLAB will perform at the west end of West Wisconin Avenue, and the annual Pow Wow $50 raffle will be drawn at 3 p.m.
The Kwahamot Water Ski Show starts at 8 p.m., followed by the fireworks show, with viewing from SARA Park and the Water Ski Show grounds.
