Hodag middle school skiers compete in conference race
The Hodag boys finished fourth in their division. The Hodag girls finished third.
Bridger Flory paced the Rhinelander boys' squad, completing the 2 1/2-kilometer classic course in 10 minutes, 47 seconds, good enough for second place overall. Rounding out the scoring for the Hodags were Zach Goodrich (14th, 13:15) and Kyle Morien (15th, 13:45). Also competing for Rhinelander in the boys' race were Finn Tulowitzky (17th, 15:05), Breckin Younker (19th, 15:28), Asher Johnson (20th, 15:30), Jacques Tulowitzky (21st, 16:38), Oliver Ferdinand (22nd, 17:02) and Daniel Goldsworthy (23rd, 17:03).
Carleene Morien was the first Hodag girl across the line , finishing 14th overall (14:12). Also competing were Anna Wood (16th, 15:51), Paige Buss (18th, 17:04), Lily Eternicka (18th, 17:36), Liana Teter (19th, 18:45) and Logan Preul (20th, 19:24).
