A home health care worker from Two Rivers has been charged with delivering prescription narcotics to the Menominee Reservation and the Forest County Potawatomi Reservation.

According to a press release issued by the Forest County Sheriff's Office, a confidential informant and undercover officers purchased fentanyl patches, morphine, oxycodone and cocaine from Kerry L. Nimmer, 51, in December 2014 and January 2015.

Nimmer was taken into custody Monday after a search warrant was executed at her residence, the sheriff's office said. Nimmer has been charged with multiple felony counts in Manitowoc County including Delivery of Schedule II Narcotics and possession of cocaine. In Forest County, she has been charged with three count of Delivery of Schedule II Narcotics.

The investigation is ongoing and other arrests may be forthcoming, the sheriff's office said.
