ArtsPower children's theater returns to Nicolet College Feb. 14
"ArtsPower is one of the top touring companies in the country for children's theater and we are thrilled we were able to book them again this year," said Jim Nuttall, Nicolet College Theatre director. "Every show they've done for us has filled the house and we expect this one to be no different. Their ability to entertain children and deliver a positive message is simply superb."
The story tells the tale of the Little Blue Engine that dreams of someday leaving the train yard to pull the big cars on the main line track.
But can she convince Big Silver that she is worthy of being a main line engine? Against all odds, the Little Blue Engine finds a way to conquer her fears and demonstrate the extraordinary strength of "I think I can!"
Children will cherish the classic story and discover the meaning of hard work, determination, and true friendship.
The performance is geared for children in kindergarten through second grade.
Tickets are $8 for adult and $6 for children and can be ordered online at nicoletlive.com or by calling (715) 365-4646; TDD 711.
The Nicolet College Theatre is located in the Learning Resources Center on the campus one mile south of Rhinelander just off of Hwy. G.
