The weather has definitely turned colder and Warm for Winter will help keep people warm for the rest of the winter. The next disbursement is scheduled for Dec. 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at Friendly Village, 900 Boyce Drive in Rhinelander. Warm for Winter has coats, sweaters, shirts, pants, socks, shoes, bedding, underwear, nightwear, scarves, mittens, hats, and some toys for the children. Everything is free and all items are in good condition. Most sizes are available. Warm for Winter will continue the second Tuesday evening of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. and the last Saturday of the month until the end of February. For more information, call Jan at (715) 362-7157.
