Northwoods School of Dance to perform 'The Nutcracker'
"The dancers have been rehearsing and are excited to revisit this classic Christmas tale," the school said in a press release. "This performance is partially funded by a generous grant from the Northern Arts Council."
In addition to "The Nutcracker," dancers aged 3-22 will open the show with holiday favorites.
Miriah Mannikko, Tanya Cook, Kaylee McRae, along with director Karen Cook, have been choreographing pieces for students for the evening show.
There will once again be an afternoon show for school-age children, at a reduced price of $2, starting at 12:30 p.m.
The evening show starts at 6:30 p.m Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for children, and will be available at the door. For more information, contact Karen at (715) 362-3455.
