"We're excited for customers to see us at our new location," said Amy Young, assistant vice president and branch manager.
"We really wanted to create a more welcoming, customer-friendly design. The new space adds comfort, efficiency in serving our drive-up customers, and additional conference room and office space to increase privacy for our customers," she said.
Peoples completely renovated the 2,700 square-foot space to create a stand-alone, full-service branch. The location features safe deposit boxes with a private viewing room, drive-up service, night drop, private offices, dedicated bathrooms and a reserved conference room that creates more privacy for customers when closing loans and meeting with wealth management specialists.
"Our new location has the same hometown, experienced bankers our customers have always worked with for their personal, mortgage and business banking needs--now in a completely remodeled, customer-friendly space," said Young.
Peoples also announces new hours, open in the lobby Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the drive-up open during the week from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Saturdays, the drive-up will be open from 9 a.m. to noon.
The entrance for Peoples drive-up service will now be off of E. Division Street. Customers may also enter from E. Wall Street, proceed through the parking lot and then turn into the drive-up off E. Division Street at the back of the building. ATM access remains available inside of Trig's grocery store.
