Ruckheim named new YMCA wellness director
"I am thrilled to welcome Stephanie to the Y team," said Laurie Schlitt, CEO. "She has shown dedication and passion for our Y members and our community."
Ruckheim, a local graduate from Laona, earned her business degree from UW-Green Bay and furthered her education at UW-Stout with a golf management degree. She later found a passion for fitness and continued her education by obtaining her ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer certification. In 2011, Ruckheim joined the Y as a fitness coach/personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In 2013, the Y helped prepare Ruckheim for a bikini competition.
"As your new wellness director, I am ready to show my enthusiasm for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility," said Ruckheim.
